Peggy Hernandez, Paralegal
Peggy Hernandez joined Masterson, Calhoun & Lundberg in 2009, bringing with her over 25 years of legal experience in estate planning, probate and trust administration, business, government, real property, and general civil law.
She received her Associate Degree in Legal Studies from Armstrong College in Berkeley in 1973, and is certified as a paralegal under the California Business and Professional Code. She is a member of the Mt. Diablo Legal Professionals Association and the National Notary Association.
Peggy serves as the firm's primary liaison with clients and their families, able to communicate clearly and provide answers to common questions. She assists clients with all aspects of estate planning, probate, and trust administration with empathy and sensitivity. She is a compassionate listener who patiently guides clients through the details and paperwork associated with settling estates and trust administration.
Peggy is a lifelong resident of Contra Costa County and has been a hospice volunteer for over 20 years.
